Process

  • After submitting the form, I will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your request and work out the details, if any.

  • When everything is settled, I will send you a sketch within a week.

  • Heavy revisions are only allowed on the sketch stage.

  • Once the sketch is approved, I will send you a PayPal invoice (payment can only be done through paypal, sorry for the inconvenience).

  • Once the payment is received, I will begin work, turnaround time is around 2 weeks for simple pieces and 3-4 for complex pieces.

  • I'll send you progress photos :^) !

  • Once I am done, I will send you the piece for approval, at which point only 2 light revisions can be made before additional charges will be placed.

  • Once you are happy, I will send you a high quality PNG of the piece to your email (or a platform of your choice).

General terms

  • Prices are in USD!

  • No refunds :') sorry

  • I may post the piece on social media (w/watermark or cropped), but if you are uncomfortable with it, please let me know!

  • If you'd like to post it on social media, that is OK as long as credit is given!

  • I may use the piece for my portfolio/commission samples.

  • Rush requests w/fixed turnaround time can be requested, but if it is less than 3 business days, the request will be rejected.

  • Rush fee will be charged (prices depend on urgency). I reserve the right to reject any request if I am uncomfortable.
